My experience with this team has been outstanding. Whenever I call, I’m never placed on hold, and any issues related to my medication or appointments are usually resolved the same day. If my primary provider is fully booked, they make it a point to get me in with another doctor on the team, which has been incredibly helpful. I use telehealth for all of my appointments, which makes everything simple and convenient. I’ve even had a consult with my psychiatrist while I was at work. The staff is amazing, and the group of psychiatrists is truly top-tier. So far, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Glenda, Jessica, and now Katerina. Katerina is hands down the best psychiatrist I’ve ever worked with. I’ve been seeing psychiatrists for over 15 years and have worked with six different doctors, so that’s not something I say lightly. What I appreciate most is how accessible this practice is. Same-day appointments are available, the doctors genuinely listen, and they involve you in decisions about your care. If you’re interested in trying a medication, they’ll either support that choice or clearly explain why it may not be the best option. Katerina has gone above and beyond for me. When I had to travel for work, she made sure I had enough medication so I wouldn’t run out. She’s also incredibly personable and supportive, taking the time to talk with me about how I’m feeling and what’s going on in my day. She’s sincerely committed to my well-being and provides a level of care that feels both professional and personal. I truly couldn’t ask for a better psychiatrist or practice. Five out of five, without hesitation

The team at south Florida psychiatry is great! I just wanted to say happy holidays and new year. I always feel welcome and happy to go to this practice. Everyone is so kind and helpful so that’s always great. Dr. Sarduy is really helpful, patient and knowledgeable as well! I can tell that everyone here cares and that’s important. Especially since I work full time the team is always helpful. thanks again and happy holidays!
