I've only been seeing Shantel for a few months and I already can't imagine my life without her. She listens with warmth, open-mindedness and calm. And she consistently offers thoughtful, constructive insights that help me reframe my thoughts and emotions. Sometimes her insights are so spot-on, I feel like she's known me my whole life.
