Dr. Clay & all of the staff at Serenity Mental Health in Chandler are phenomenal. I truly mean it down to my core when I say that I could not ask for a better doctor. He actually listens to you as a patient, he cares, and he goes above & beyond in making sure his patients are getting the individual care that they need/deserve. It took me 29 years to finally have the courage to see a psychiatrist and get the help that I had been needing for so long. I’ve now been a patient of Dr. Clay’s for 6 years. Finding the courage to get help 6 years ago is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. And that wouldn’t be possible without having a doctor who genuinely cares. Thank you Dr. Clay & ALL the amazing staff at Serenity Chandler location! (Also, don’t let money issues hold you back from getting the help you need. Serenity Mental Health will work with you and they’re not there just to money grab. Your care always comes first, before anything else.)

Staff was fantastic but the billing practices are not honest. I was told transportation would be provided and that if I purchased ketamine treatments one would be included for free. I also was told TMS was covered by my insurance. They waited until “treatment” was completed to bill me for over $2000 in copays for TMS and billed me additionally for all ketamine sessions plus transport to and from a few appointments. I’ve already paid them a lot and tried to contact them about the additional charges. No response.
