I had the privilege of having Gema Santana conduct my child’s Comprehensive Developmental Evaluation (CDE), and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the level of care, professionalism, and dedication she showed throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, she was attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in understanding my child as a whole — not just through test scores or data, but as a unique individual. She took the time to explain every part of the evaluation in detail, ensuring that I fully understood each step and what it meant for my child’s development and educational needs. Her explanations were not only clear but compassionate, helping me feel informed and reassured throughout what can often be an overwhelming process for parents.
