Dr. Rosen is a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor - I would rate him a professional 5 stars. My problem was difficulty using the app's audio feature. Consequently, I will need to physically go in to see the doctor. I have recently had knee replacement surgery, I am going through physical therapy to train my muscles to work with my new knee and really needed my virtual visit to be a success. Is there any customer support available to help me with my lack of audio? I have given audio permission in the app's settings. Thank you for providing this follow up opportunity. P.S. My 5 star rating is for the rating for the doctor. I would rate the video conference app as 1 star.

I was a patient of Dr Rosen two years ago. Since I started therapy with a new provider I realized that he did not take me or my problems seriously did not give me the help that I needed at that time.
