Dr. Stark has helped me immensely ! In a short time period, I must add. I’ve had therapy on and off for years. I enjoy it and think we all could benefit. It can be emotionally draining but much worse if we don’t drain our emotions in a healthy way. Having a psychiatrist instead of psychologist can be beneficial. He gets huge thumbs up from me!! 👍👍❤️❤️

I can’t recommend Dr. Stark highly enough. He is incredibly personable and has the most endearing enthusiasm for what he does— the kind that immediately puts you at ease and makes sessions enjoyable. He is exceptionally bright (obviously) and always willing to dive into the neuroscience behind my symptoms and explain exactly how/why different medications work, which I deeply appreciate as a fellow nerd. Beyond his intelligence, he is exceptionally empathic, trustworthy, and consistently encouraging. He listens carefully, validates my experiences, and makes me feel both heard and supported. At the same time, he is thoroughly professional and takes a holistic approach to care, always considering the broader picture rather than isolated symptoms. I feel incredibly fortunate to have been referred to him.
