I wish on everything I could give somewhere zero stars. Beware that this clinic apparently switched ownership, and they are very short staffed. The associates that they have scheduling appointments for patients are not aware of what insurance they take, what procedures need to be taken prior to the appointment, and they will not communicate with you until 30 minutes before the appointment. My son has been scheduled for a psychiatric evaluation at this location for well over a month. I have received many text messages, phone calls, and e-mail reminders as well as calling on October 28th to verify the appointment and filling out new patient paperwork. When I originally called to schedule at the beginning of October, they said they couldn't even schedule the appointment without the full insurance information because they use that information to determine the provider the patient sees. No problem. It was communicated multiple times in multiple ways that my son was on state insurance, so why am I getting a call 30 minutes before my son's appointment saying that they can't see him because if he's on state insurance, he has to have four therapy appointments before he can be seen by a psychiatrist? 30 minutes after multiple channels of communication. I have already taken work off, already taken my son out of school, and have spent a whole month just waiting while my son's mental health was struggling. If that's how they treat their new patients, I'm going to take it as a blessing in disguise. Hopefully whoever took over this practice sees this and is more careful in how they schedule appointments and communicate with patients in the future. Extremely unprofessional. Maria at the front desk is a saint and a blessing for dealing with an angry 28 year old momma and deserves a raise.

Wonderful, kind provider, SIGNS ARE NEEDED. When you go in, you have to look all around. After you leave the office, there are no signs that say EXIT, or CHECK OUT. Every other place I go to has this. Much easier
