Working with Dr. Julieanne Pojas was a lifeline during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. I was navigating profound grief and ongoing stressors, and her compassionate, grounded presence helped me begin to feel steadier and more in control. Julieanne taught me practical, effective tools for managing anxiety and panic — strategies that were immediately helpful and that I continue to use independently today, long after completing treatment. Her thoughtful, nonjudgmental approach made it easy to be open and honest, and I always felt supported, understood, and empowered in our sessions. I’m deeply grateful for the care I received and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking support during a challenging time. She helped me build resilience when I needed it most. — Julie Hines-Lyman

Dr Pojas is very helpful with OCD. She has a structured approach that helps people much better than anyone I had ever seen. She is also easily accessible outside of appointments for support. I'm very glad that I came to see her as I otherwise was not improving.
