Rising Phoenix has been an incredible and life-changing experience for me. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. Jason greeting me by name each day may seem small, but it meant everything-it set the tone that this was a place where I truly mattered. The therapy staff is exceptional. Jenna, Natalie and Bodhi are all amazing therapists-knowledgeable, compassionate and deeply committed to helping people heal and grow. Their support and presence made me feel safe, understood, and encouraged throughout my journey. Every interaction was handled with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care-it never felt transactional or rushed. I am especially and eternally thankful for my on-on-one therapist, Jen. She has had a profound impact on my life. Jen’s insight, patience and unwavering support helped me work through difficult challenges and build the strength and tools I needed to move forward. She created a space that is warm, honest, and judgement free, while still challenging me in ways I needed to grow. Jen made me feel heard, supported and empowered to change. I am leaving Rising Phoenix stronger, more aware, and more confident than I arrived, with gratitude for every person who played a role in my healing. I would highly recommend Rising Phoenix Wellness Services to anyone seeking meaningful, compassionate, and effective mental health care.
