I would highly recommend this dr to anyone who is looking for someone who knows their stuff. I’ve been struggling for over 20 years and this dr “saw me”. I finally feel like a real person and I’m so grateful to have met Dr Phelps and him going out of his way to read my chart and not treat me like a number or another body in his chair. In the little time that he has known me he has changed my life. Thank you if he sees this. I’m so grateful.
