I was a teen when I visited Cara Meckfessel. She was nice but without fail, every time I visited her, she would tell me I would just feel better if I let Jesus into my heart. My parents told me not to care too much about it because it is the “culture” in Arkansas. She still did her job, she was a nice woman, but I can’t get past the fact that she kept telling me I would just feel better if I let god into my heart. Other than that, she did her job and she did help me in the ways she could. If you are not religious, I would absolutely not recommend her. If you are, I’m sure she will be prefect for you, she did seem like a nice woman.

Dr Washington is amazing!! She will listen to you, validate you and really take the time to get to know you as a person so she can best provide services. She has really changed my life and helped me so much! It means the world to have a fellow believer tell you that your struggles aren’t dumb. Cannot recommend her enough!
