Liza's gentle way has lead me to begin the process of de-cluttering my mind. Her process didn't just lead me to just speak about the emotional clutter, but she helped me begin a discovery journey into why I held onto the memory clutter and how I could move forward. NOT why society tells me to move on. She gave me hope.
