I saw Erica Rieff for a few years and only missed one appointment. They didn't even call me about the $57 balance and sent it to collections instead. They emailed me once about it, I responded to them, then they ignored me. What kind of business sends to collections after one email attempt, ignores the response, and not call?

Horrible horrible Service…. Jaime LeComte Is the biggest waste of time. Let’s not even get into Sabrina.. they canceled my appointment without even asking if I had another insurance (which I have blue cross blue shield through my employer) but they just went ahead and canceled becuase they felt like it.. I would definitely avoid this place at all cost… especially Jaime and Sabrina.. they are as useful as a wet rock on a lake bed.
