I would not recommend her services to anyone. She retraumatized me and doubled down when told her behavior was harmful. I did not find her to be compassionate, empathetic, or helpful.

I cannot recommend Regina enough. She is so authentically caring, kind, and intelligent. As a trauma-informed bodyworker I have referred many clients to Regina because she understands the toll that chronic stress can take on the whole person - body, mind, and spirit. I am so grateful the Sioux Falls community has someone like her.
