I usually don’t have an issue with this place. However my last appointment I was promised a prescription refill that was not actually given. I think it’s an honest mistake however I am having the HARDEST time trying to get this office to correct their mistake and give me the refills that were discussed during my visit. I was told to make another appointment just to speak about the damn issue. Not good service!

Jemima is amazing. She listens and understands the issues I'm going through. She's helped me over the years find the correct medication that works best for me, but most importantly very responsive to my messages. I'm not sure how someone could give someone so nice and excellent at her a job a bad review.
