I have been thankful working on my mental health with Dr. Yandama over this past year . Her support and guidance have been incredibly helpful. On days in which I may be struggling, her reminders that "it is ok to have bad days" allows me to feel seen and heard. I look forward to continue on this journey to improve my mental health.

I strongly suggest to give Miss Yandama at Quality Telehealth a chance. The rapport she builds with you is like none other I've ever had in my experience with psychiatry providers. She's caring, she REALLY listens to you, she asks questions about your life, it is not a 5mins appointment, it is a goood 30-45mins appointment about you, your care, your necesities, your feelings...
