PsychPlus Willowbrook Clinic - Psychiatrist and Therapist

I'm giving 2 stars only due to me loving the provider i saw. But their customer service is just horrible. I requested refills and the wrong prescription was sent in. I tried for over a week to get it corrected and got out right ignored. Made contact several times. Each time I was told they'd check on it and get back to me, which never happened and then I'd have to start the request again. They seem not to care at all of you're running out of meds and the consequences that brings. Just really sad and disappointed.

I had a disappointing experience with this office. The provider was in-network with my insurance. and I paid my copay at the time of the visit. Months later, I received a bill asking me to pay the remaining balance after insurance payment, which is not permitted for in-network providers. This appears to be improper balance billing and caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Patients should not have to fight billing errors after already following their insurance rules.
