I was referred to them about 6 weeks ago. They didn't respond to multiple calls. I got a text to submit an appointment request only after my primary care sent them a letter. I filed it out the same day. Two weeks later, I haven't heard anything. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail during operating hours and they claim they'll call you back. 6 weeks and 3-4 voicemails later, and I have yet to speak to a real person.

I have high anxiety issues and the staff made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Great Team of Mental Health Workers. I would highly recommend them to anyone struggling with Mental Health issues.
