The billing department sucks. The customer service sucks. My appointment was cancelled in August the day of and today I was supposed to have an appointment and they said I owed from an appointment in April but waited 7 months to let me know and didn’t have a secure way for me to pay. She said I could send a picture of my card via email which is unacceptable. Also my first appt Dr.Shakil said ‘why are you sad, you’re pretty’…

I saw the doctor from around 2019 to 2021. I have never had the displeasure of interacting with a recalcitrant doctor before or after her, she will ship you off and cut you off leaving you without care and vulnerable if she thinks you won't be an easy paycheck. Read the other 1 star reviews they closely matched my experience, I suspect the 5-star reviews to be falsified.
