Erin is absolutely amazing! From our first session I knew she was going to my safe space. She is so understanding and will always make you feel comfortable. My first time trying therapy and I’m so grateful it was a perfect pick on my first try!

I retired a couple years ago after spending 30 years in a high paced, high stress career, and I needed a little help in the transition. Erin Guzman far exceeded my expectations. She’s thoughtful, smart, intuitive, and always well prepared to help me build off the previous session. I think what I’ve most appreciated is that she’s not only a good listener but proactive in helping you to identify new and healthier ways to absorb and react to what’s happening around you.
