This was my first experience with Modupeoluwa Odu-Onikosi, PMHNP, and before coming in I felt on guard and intimidated. However, she has a warm, welcoming approach. She listens to my concerns and never makes me feel dumb. She’s been incredibly helpful in guiding me through my ADHD diagnosis. She also recommended Nisa for talk therapy, and that experience has been amazing. Nisa is easy to talk to and relatable, and she brings perspectives I never considered before. This is my first time trying talk therapy in my 40s, and I was pleasantly surprised. I expected something cookie-cutter, but she is truly skilled at what she does. I feel like I’ve found a gem in this journey.
