Pinnacle Psychiatry

When I was searching for a psychiatric provider, a lot of other places I contacted weren't responsive or were rude when I called. Pinnacle responded immediately to my email and set up an appointment days later. I've had a great experience working with Rahman. He's empathetic and thorough. He immediately made me feel comfortable enough to tell him about what I've been going through.

Called so many other clinics that just took my info and never called me back/ was waiting to hear back from. I called pinnacle and the front desk immediately checked my insurance and made an appointment. Not only was the staff efficient but they were so nice and understanding. They answered all my questions and were not dismissive, in the past the opposite would have just made me put my mental health on hold again. Mr. Rahman Farishta went above my expectations. He explained with great detail and made a plan to better my mental health, all while listening to everything I had to say and answering my questions in a positive manner. Would recommend trying this clinic if you are in need of mental health services. The clinic stays open later than other clinics and has Saturday appointments.
