I worked with Joan using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for several months and had a very positive experience. She is warm, nonjudgmental, and authentic, which helped me feel safe throughout the process. I experienced significant relief from trauma symptoms, fewer triggers, and less reactivity. I was initially skeptical of ART, but the results spoke for themselves. I’m very grateful for Joan’s support and highly recommend her as a trauma treatment provider.
