Where do I even begin! I work in the "field" and after several life experiences, I found my own family needing counseling. I did my research, who was "good" and would be the best fit for my family. We chose Lauren and Peaceful Minds Counseling. It was the best decision for us! Lauren is experienced, engaging, supportive, caring and sooo helpful! I am greatful for Lauren and Peaceful Minds Counseling.

I have been seeing Lauren for 5 months now and after trying for a year to find the therapist that is right for me…I knew I found it when I stepped into Lauren’s office. She makes a calm and comfortable environment while allowing you to speak freely on whatever it is that is weighing heavy on your chest. All while helping you to navigate what you are feeling, give coping strategies and listen with open ears. Everyone around me (including myself) knows that since seeing Lauren I have started to act more like myself again..endlessly grateful for her and the work she does.
