I started going to Heidi at Peace of Mind Therapy during Covid after a Google search. I hadn’t seen a therapist since I was a teenager. To say it changed my life is an understatement. POMT not only has amazing therapists, the space is welcoming and comfortable, the administration is flexible and understanding, and the receptionist is so helpful and kind, I would hire her to work for me in a heart beat. If you are struggling, want to improve or change your life or relationships, I would encourage you to fill out the form on their website. They might be as good of a fit for you as they are for me.

Sara personally helped me to navigate a long and difficult time with my Mom throughout her cancer and life journey; and taught me…guided me in seeking and finding peace, grace and joy wherever I was in life! Her insight is remarkable, her professionalism and constant development within her field is admirable, and that has added depth and continuous discovery to our sessions. We all struggle and are all human. Peace of mind is a safe and calm environment with exceptional practitioners and staff that make scheduling flexible, whether in person or remote. I have often recommended them!
