To Say I trust Paul with my life is not some small or throw away a statement… In the last 10 years, I have lost my brother and my Grandmother, grandfather, father, and most recently a young nephew closer to being like a son. All of this well staying sober for the last seven years. In the last six months on top of losing my nephew, I’ve had my car stolen. I’ve lost my job Where I was making over six figures a year and spent an enormous amount of time fighting for A long-term disability for mental health. So again when I say, I trust Paul with my life, it is not just something that I am saying. I have complex PTSD, ADHD All well-being, Neuro divergent ( Fancy way of saying that I think differently). There is never been a time that I have not felt heard or fully in control of my medical care Not in the way, I felt in the past with other psychiatrists where it’s all or nothing meaning that you either have all of the control over things like medication and doses or nothing where you’re told that it’s all in your head and you should just sleep more than that you shouldn’t be on any of the medication that you are. Paul has never made me feel judged and is a major part of why even going through what most would literally consider hell not only am I still standing, but my faith in the Lord, My mental health And my Self value have steadily increased. Paul won’t do the work for you, but he will be there to help you every step of the way while you do the work as a team not where you feel like you need to hide certain things or leave out take you the bad and the ugly because you’re afraid of losing your doctor or the medication you’re on. I have never felt listened to well also heard at the same time, but he has an amazing way of keeping me on track at the same time. My tendency with ADHD and being neurodivergent as you’ve most likely already read, I can sometimes ramble or get stuck and with Paul I never feel like I’m doing either, all well, he somehow Is able to keep me on track to make sure that he’s checking on all parts of my mental physical Spiritual and emotional health. Before I had started seeing Paul on a regular basis, there were few people that not only believed what I said but believed in me.. Mindset is subjective to thought & will but YOU control how you respond. I wouldn’t just record Paul I personally trust him daily…. I have been there feeling like if i’m honest i’ll be marked x y or z & fired as a patient or worse if your looking you had found it

I've seen Paul for 7 years now and can't recommend him enough. I have schizoaffective disorder and am competent enough to leave a review thanks to Paul, his skills, education, professionalism, and encouragement. He and his staff are always so kind and create an environment of peace, a place where we can make progress in our mental health journey. 7 years ago, with the extremeness of my diagnosis, I was a totally different person than I am now. Thanks to Paul and his skills, I've made so much progress that I have become a benchmark of success to friends and family. I would not be thus if not for Paul, who treated me as a patient, not a number
