Dr pancner has listened to me and understood me unlike any other doctor I have seen before. He does this from his heart. I feel like family when I visit there. The lady at the front window is always so warm and welcoming and the therapist is wonderful too! What a wonderful place and I thank God for them daily 💞

I called there office and spoke with a woman that was very short and I was trying to explain something, and they call that arguing... I have my original Hoosier healthwise card, and that's not good enough to set an appointment. I have to request a card thru MDWISE to even get an appointment.. I have called 3 other locations, and they were fine with my old card. These are mental health clinics. If there treating patience in this manner, what's that say to mental health care. It is appalling to think that it's okay they have issues, there fore we can treat them any way we feel like .. This was just a phone call. Ask for a supervisor, because there being rude and get hung up on. It amazes me there even still in business, or worse, there sexiest and only treat men in this manner. Don't even think about trying to explain something to them, because your just arguing. So, when I told them I'm calling from a business phone and that all calls are recorded and that I was posting the recorded call on utube, they didn't even care. Amazing I hope that they see that light and get help, obviously they as well have major mental health issues.
