I had an excellent experience at Bay Hill Psychiatric. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was seen promptly at my scheduled time. Dr. Sultana was thorough, attentive, and took the time to listen to all my concerns. I highly recommend this office for anyone seeking quality care.

Also known as Bay Hill Psychiatric Associates. Every virtual appointment I have to call in for the link after staring at my phone waiting on a link to be sent. I shouldn’t need to call in to get seen. Today will most likely be my last appointment. I’m still waiting on link 15 minutes past appointment time. I should just give one star. Can’t wait for my 15 minute appointment that’s supposed to be 30 minutes. I just called in 5 minutes again and was told I’d get a link. When I had called to confirm the time the other day I was informed that they had to call me to reschedule as my provider is no longer with company. Same thing happened to my first appointment. Update : I called in and was told they have to cancel.. due to an emergency. I don’t believe them and told them I will not need to reschedule.
