Waste of money! I used Klarity to set up an an appointment. But apparently Optimum is where Dr. Tobiloba Adewolu works, which is why I am leaving a review here. 1st- my appt was scheduled for 3pm, Dr. Tobiloba Adewolu rescheduled it to 4:15pm and asked if it was ok after doing it. It was fine but there was nothing easy or smooth about this process. 2nd- Dr. Tobiloba Adewolu barely asked me questions about my actual symptoms instead asking if im having suicidal thoughts and self harm, which i get he has to ask, but that has nothing to do with me not being about to focus and get things done and be productive. He then asked me 2 questions about when I was in middle school, 30+ years ago. He said if I really had adhd I would remember specific incidents in elementary school. Which I completely dont understand, I can barely remember what I did last week, thats part of the reason I was seeing him. He then continued that it could be my hormones that id need blood work and then another appt with him. He told me to go see a primary physician, get tests done and go back to him. Why would i do that to spend another 200 dollars for the next appt plus whatever the primary doctor costs and lab tests. The purpose of me using Klarity/Headway was to not have to go to a primary physician which will take a long time to get an appt and to help me save some money. Well that was a waste of time and money, I don't feel like I was actually listened to or understood, instead the doctor looked like he could barely keep his eyes open and just wanted to get off the call. My session was scheduled for 45 minutes, we only talked for 30 minutes. He talks a whole lot about compassion on his profile, but I did NOT experience any compassion, just low cold energy, no personality, he couldn't even crack a little smile and show me he was an actual person who cared, I left feeling like I was a bother to him. I wish I could get my money back! Worst 1st experience with a mental health doctor, which im regretting now. I am definitely not one to leave bad reviews but its alot of money for people to just waste on this but if it works for you, I am happy for you. It didnt work for me. Update. I was literally charged $235 for a 30 minute call, which was supposed to be 45 minutes. When I made the initial appointment it said it would cost $197, this Optimum website says a 45 minute initial session is $160, this is all over the place. Ridiculous.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Optimum Quality Behavioral Health. From the moment I reached out for help, the staff was incredibly welcoming and supportive. The therapists are highly skilled and compassionate, and they truly listen and tailor their approach to meet my individual needs. The facility itself is clean, modern, and inviting, making me feel comfortable and at ease during my sessions. I have seen tremendous progress in my mental health since starting treatment at Optimum Quality Behavioral Health, and I am so grateful for the care and support I have received. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking top-notch behavioral health services.
