Olive Branch Clinic

After going to this clinic for a year, I have genuinely had the worst experience of any mental health clinic I've been too. Ive been billed improperly, treated like a drug addict, and had psychiatrists just straight up not have notes from previous sessions available. I have had multiple friends and family cease service with them, and I will do the same. I couldnt tell you what specifically is going wrong behind the scenes, Im sure theyre struggling just as much as everyone else, but Ive had to find the will to live every week since May and this clinic certainly hasn't helped. I have no qualms with the specific doctors I saw, but as a clinic, Olive Branch cannot function. My suggestion: Drop your barely functioning app or hire someone to fix it for you.

With the help of Dr. Olivia and Lisa, I am finally starting to see the light at the end of a very long, dark tunnel. They have both worked with me and figured out a true diagnosis and treatment for something I have dealt with more of my life than not. They both actively listen and hear my feedback both on medications and therapies. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs support finding their way in a system people often get lost in.
