Ocean Psychology Group

I have been going to therapy on and off for about 6 years, through my university and other private practices. This group has been the most supportive, communicative, and accessible practice I've worked with in all these years, and it's not even close. In particular, I'd like to say the receptionists, Ana and her colleague, are very communicative and always confirm appointments weekly by email, and are super flexible with scheduling, and answering any questions for payment, even pointing me to community resources to continue funding my therapy when I experienced changes in my insurance and income. As for counselling, Matthew is hands-down the best that I've had the pleasure of not only working with, but getting to know as a human being. It's tangible he actually loves his job, and goes the extra mile for making sure he provides multiple avenues of support, from individual sessions, to hosting LGBT+ group circles to discuss various topics. He even assisted in trying to help me find a family therapist, so I can work on other relationships beyond our individual sessions. I feel like I've transformed so much, and it wouldn't have happened without having the strong support of the office. Highly recommend if you're looking, and hopefully you don't look back after coming.

I have been with Ocean Psychology for two years now. I have worked with Matthew and have recommended several seek Ocean and Matthew for care. Not only did they work with my budget but they are very flexible with scheduling. It has been a very pleasant experience and I am not sure where I would be if I was not under their care. I very much recommend Ocean Psychology to anyone who is seeking therapy.
