Are you looking into being a new TMS patient here? DON'T BOTHER. I submitted my paperwork with them on October 13th. My doctors sent them the paperwork by mail that I confirmed with their front office arrived 2-3 days later. They told me it would take them 14 business days to review. I waited.. and waited... and waited. I called several times for updates. It got so bad that I vulnerably opened up, begging them for help or support. It is now December 8th. Not only is this unprofessional, but deeply hurtful that they would to continue to ignore my cries for help by continuously responding that my file was "large" and just needed extra time to review. Further information for those who are looking for more context: I have struggled with finding the right treatment for myself for a long time. I recently found TMS treatments within the last year when I lived in a different state and found it immensely helpful. I have dealt with other medical professionals who are familiar with this treatment and have received so much benefit from it. This should all be reflected in my paperwork. Never have I had a facility "review" my file this long (TWO MONTHS!!!), especially when it is a continuation of care. To make it worse, the receptionist has shown clear annoyance with my basic inquiries and check-ins to see if I am ever going to hear back. And thats if I get lucky and don't get her voicemail for the hundredth time. I genuinely believe this review is the only way to get their attention at this point. If you scroll through their reviews, I am not the only one that has experienced this sort of treatment from this facility. It saddens me that they would treat such a vulnerable population with such disregard. If anybody has any other TMS suggestions within a two hour radius of NW Arkansas, I am honestly desperate to get help after waiting this long.

‘APPOINTMENT REMINDERS ARE A COURTESY, NOT A REQUIREMENT!!!!’ WOW!!!!! Please go elsewhere for good care and friendly staff as you won’t find it here especially with Shaun in new patient scheduling. Still in shock. OUR FIRST APPOINTMENT: twas scheduled about a month out and we missed it, to my demise! I felt horrible and reached out as soon as possible to reschedule, apologizing profusely.. see, I never received a reminder.. AN APPOINTMENT REMINDER??? “Why on earth would a busy single mom with ADHD who’s seeking help for her child also suffering with this horrendous disorder want a reminder? You got me! Baffling!” I politely pointed out about the lack of a reminder, no not an email, a call, text, WhatsApp message... TikTok post, carrier pigeon, good old snail mail! Nope, NADA… … and the immediate and harsh response was from Shaun with her BIGGEST AND BEST KAREN VOICE: ‘reminders are a courtesy! - NOT A REQUIREMENT!!!’ … Pause… GASP! Silence!!! Not only would they not reschedule, but they won’t see us at all now??! Way to do business! TAKEAWAY: I don’t mind paying a fee for missing my appointment but, hey Shaun, do everyone a favor and jump into the 21st century with communication! SO MANY WAYS TO COMMUNICATE THESE DAYS!!! I guess we’ll be Mercy and Northwest patients through and through. Mana’s loss. Random thought on my way out the door- hoping it doesn’t hit me… Try manners next time.. have we covered the golden rule?? Kindness trumps cruelty! PS: WE HAVE ADHD, reminders are must and you work with people suffering from this disorder, one would think you could at least be COURTEOUS! I have no idea what your problem is with the horse I rode in on! UPDATE: Jennifer, you did not email or text me once for a reminder. I know my information is correct as far as email as you sent me the registration package to said email. Your coordinator told me herself you did not reach out to confirm my appointment, when she was snapping at me on the phone. To make matters even more ridiculous- You emailed me a $75 bill yesterday for the missed appointment fee even though you won’t treat my child now ??? I’m baffled by this!?! You want me to pay your fee but you won’t allow us to be a patient now due to this one incident and make up the appointment? Had you actually sent me the reminder, we wouldn’t be in this situation.
