I have had nothing but a lovely experience at Nova Life Counseling. I have been going to sessions at Nova Life for over two years. Not only has my therapist Hannah helped improve my mental health, but she also helped shape the person that I am today. I am able to articulate what I am struggling with and also my needs more clearly to others in my life. I would recommend Nova Life Counseling to anyone. I love Novo Life Counseling. easy to schedule and love my time with my therapist! These sessions have helped me create a better thinking.reflecting habit, balance my work/life, and go through grief. Would highly recommend especially if you're looking for a christian perspective
