I’ve have seen the amount of work the owner puts into this business!! She and the other therapists and the receptionist are very caring! It’s a very comforting environment! They are very dedicated to what they do, not just being there for helping you but there to make you feel appreciated and welcome like family!! This business is wonderful and amazing! I see how everyone at this business really enjoy what they do!! To mention as well, the therapy dogs are amazing, they make it so fun!!

It’s been about a year since my last visit, but I struggled with significant ptsd and anxiety from medical trauma from my daughter’s nicu stay. I did counseling with Mary Ellen Sternitzke and EMDR therapy and it has made a world of difference in my life. If you want someone who doesn’t just tell you “well don’t you think this is a normal reaction and you’re doing pretty good?” And actually has a plan to help you through things mary Ellen is your girl. She is the only therapist out of 4 that I’ve tried that took what I said to heart and used different avenues to get my mind in a better place. I’ll be forever grateful for her and if I ever needed counseling again I would only go to her.
