Everyone at NRP has been supportive and wonderful to work with, including the front desk staff. 3 of us go there so we were there a lot in the beginning. Our teens love working with Dr. Velosa. They feel like he really listens to them and lets them be active participants in their care. We never feel rushed or like they’re just another patient to push through the system. Dr. Olarte is equally as caring and inclusive. I feel like we are a team working for the same goal, instead of a doctor just telling me what I should do… Everyone we’ve interact with over the years has been pleasant. One of our teens loves the fish tank. Even though we don’t see Dr. Snow as patients, he will talk to them when he is taking care of the fish. And the front desk staff has been nothing but kind and helpful. We have been late to appointments, and accidentally forgot an appointment, but we were fully aware of the office policies. They have never been rude or condescending, even when I’m just calling to see what movie is playing before our appointments :). My whole family highly recommends NRP.

Dr. Olarte is brilliant, insightful and practical in his approach. His focus is to address the patient's issues forthrightly. He cares about his patients in the most professional manner.
