Their website paints a cute image of being an affirming practice interested in providing ethical , “affordable” care— this is not the case. Your card is charged at the time you schedule the appointment, which could be more than a month in advance. I did not find this out until later on, when I was not seen on the day of my appointment and told that they “do not offer refunds,” even though I was never provided care. I was late to my 2:30 appointment due to a time zone confusion. I have proof from call logs on my phone as early as 2:38 calling to tell them that I was logged into the session but no one was there (and no one was answering the phone either). I was later contacted by email saying that I would need to reschedule and pay a “no show fee” since the provider waited up to 10 minutes for me— when I have proof on my phone of trying to contact them 8 minutes past. And actually, the link to my session was sent after the 2:30 start time. Not sure how they are calculating these 10 minutes, but it’s adding up to payment for them for a service not provided. My CC company also let me know that they had payments set to a monthly recurring bill. That’s ethical and affordable care? We have exchanged several emails and I even sent them proof of my phone log, to which they replied they were not interested in “negotiating.” Save your time and money and seek care elsewhere.

Best Therapy/medication management place I've been a patient at. Everyone I've spoke to has been wonderful and I feel completely comfortable. This is definitely a judge free, compassionate place. One review on here mentioned not prescribing adhd meds, that's not true, they do prescribe medications to manage adhd just not any that are controlled substances. (I'm pretty sure that's due to laws around prescribing controlled substances through telehealth but I may be wrong about that).
