I can’t say enough good things about Thomas. He’s been my therapist for just over two years, and in that time he’s helped me grow so much. He is incredibly thoughtful and attentive— so much so that at times it feels like I’m his only client. Thomas makes every session feel meaningful, whether we’re working through a major life decision or simply reflecting on the everyday.

Thomas is compassionate, thoughtful, encouraging, knowledgeable, grounded, open minded, and so many other things that make a great therapist truly great. He’s passionate about his work and it’s contagious! I look forward to every session and always leave feeling inspired. Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with and that is a good fit can be daunting, but so worth it when you do. I knew in the first 5 minutes of our 15 minute consultation I had found one. Much gratitude and respect for Thomas!
