Rachel is the best therapist I’ve ever had. I can tell that she really cares about me and the work we do together. She’s very genuine and insightful. I’ve had a really hard time finding a therapist who can help me, because I’m a therapist as well and some of my challenges feel really complex, so a lot of the interventions providers have tried in the past felt like they weren’t quite sure what to do for me themselves. Rachel is able to be really honest and witty with me while also keeping up with all the nonsense in my head. Even when I feel trapped by my mind, she finds a path that is constructive for us to explore.
