My experience with the providers has been adequate for basic care, but the front desk, management, and billing practices are seriously lacking. I was incorrectly scheduled with an out-of-network provider after being assured they were in-network. I was then billed over $300 for a 30-minute session that lasted no more than 10 minutes. After the office admitted the mistake, I was told the fee was waived due to financial hardship. Yet six months later, I received the same bill again—after moving out of state and losing insurance. This has been extremely frustrating and it is obvious that this clinic only cares about charging their patients, not their wellbeing. Absolutely choose another clinic, this one will not serve your health as they vowed to do so.

My psychiatrist is fine but this organization seems to struggle with the very basics of medication management. My prescriptions get sent to the wrong pharmacy every time I need a refill from the doctor. Every single time. Even after trying to call and remedy my file to make sure the pharmacy I need is the only one listed. If you can find another psychiatrist, I would. You also have to call their office to get a refill because they do not respond to pharmacy requests for refills unlike any other doctor office. For an organization whose main function is medication management, you’d think this be a simple process.
