Allie is a fantastic therapist. She is nonjudgmental, compassionate, knowledgeable, and cares deeply about her clients. She’s an incredible listener and creates a safe space that makes it easy to be vulnerable and open up comfortably. She has helped me overcome many obstacles and periods of being stuck and given me so many useful tools that I can utilize outside of sessions. I’m so grateful for all the guidance, support, and encouragement she’s given me throughout the years.
