Unfortunately there is no communication. You cannot get anyone on the phone, it directs you to text them. I have texted multiple times, sent in my intake forms and have never heard back. I submitted everything on August 4th. Definitely frustrating and disappointing.

Filled out all my patient intake paperwork expecting to schedule an appointment as a new patient and I never heard from them. Waited a month with no call or messages so I decided to request a new appointment. The appointment was declined with no further explanation or offer to rebook on a better day so I'll be going with another office for my treatment.
