The providers are good but the office is not. They told me they would let me know if I was approved as a returning patient twice over the phone and once in person, each time promising a call back, only for me to find out months later the dr was never accepting patients during this time in the first place. I have experienced multiple mental health crisis and the time I was waiting for anyone in this office to care I could have been finding a new doctor.

I was referred to this office by my EAP. I tried to get an appointment for two days. Day one they ask for my EAP info to be emailed to them. I call the next day to setup an appointment since I haven't heard from the office. I was put on hold and later disconnected. I waited for a call back but did not receive one. I called the office back and was told by another person the practice as a whole is not taking new patients...frustrating trying to get some help.
