My provider was very professional and made me feel comfortable since my first visit he has taken the time to explain everything. I have never felt rushed or confused about my care plan. If you’re looking for a mental health clinic in San Jose that truly cares and respects your time, Monterrey Health is the best choice. From my very first call, the staff was friendly, responsive, and incredibly organized. I didn’t have to wait weeks. I was scheduled within the first week, which was such a relief. I absolutely love my doctor here. As a college student, I was struggling with burnout and feeling completely unmotivated, but my provider has helped me regain balance and motivation something I honestly thought would never happen. Monterrey Health has made such a positive difference in my life, and I’m so grateful for their care and compassion.
