I was told by the receptionist that they don't get faxes from pharmacies for refills. This is the first office I have ever worked with that expects you to call them directly to request a refill and does not accept faxes from the pharmacy. It has caused many days of missing medications cold turkey. Very poor practice for a medical office to not go through their faxes.

I absolutely love Dr. Hesler!!! She truly listens and is patient and kind ....She has me on meds that have really helped me and everytime I have called the office, whoever answers the phone is very kind. Thank you Monarch!
