Terrible experiences here. I was behind on billing because I have ADHD and if it's not in front of my face I forget about it. My therapist Olivia agreed to send me email reminders but never did. She eventually used my disorders against me and pressured me to sign a contract to pay a certain amount monthly. She did this during a session and took 30 minutes of my session to make me feel awful about it and to pressure me to sign a contract about it. Billing should only be discussed before or after a session. I am not paying you to talk to me about billing. I felt completely ambushed and pressured and didn't know what to do. That same session she tried to push me out the door 10 minutes before the session ended. She said nothing about it ending early. I asked her "Can I say one more thing?" And she said "If you can say it in under a minute." We talked a little more after that and then she still ended up kicking me out 5 minutes before it ended. I left that day feeling so upset and anxious, I felt worse than I felt going into there. They even tried going against the contract they pressured me to sign and said I had to pay it within 30 days. Until I warned them that I signed a contract. Olivia also brought her dog in multiple time without asking if it was okay. Because of that, she was very distracted paying attention to her dog for those sessions. She came in during another session in a bad mood and made me feel like I was the problem. They dont care about your mental health. In my last session she made me extremely anxious about money and made me worry more about that than my mental health. I asked to have that session removed because I didn't have any time to talk about any issues I had, they are charging me for a full session even though only 25 minutes of it was partially about issues I was having. Stay far away from this place. Andrew was of no help and barely knows what he's doing and Olivia should not be working as a therapist if she is going to make people feel this way. She also drives down my street and gives me dirty looks, all I can do it look back, very unprofessional and creepy.

I was hesitant to start therapy, as it can be a nerve-wracking process. A friend recommended I go to Missoula Therapy and I am so glad I followed their advice. My therapist Olivia has been so accommodating and she has been very helpful with everything, especially with billing and scheduling. As someone with anxiety, those things are very stressful for me and she made it an easy process. Olivia is a great therapist and in the short time I have seen her I feel so much better. My mental health has gotten so much better. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for therapy. She is professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and a light to be around with her positive energy.
