Responded to a serious telephone inquiry with a text from a bot telling me to provide my email so they could send intake forms. Seriously? If I wanted to be treated like that, I would use Chat GPT Therapy for free.

This is a well run therapy practice. Over the years I have had family members go for assessments and individual therapy appointments. I appreciate the quality and professionalism.
