Kelsy is a skilled and compassionate therapist who truly listens to her clients. She takes the time every session to understand my concerns and goals and helps me to reach them! Her approach is both empathetic and practical, and I always feel supported and encouraged throughout our sessions! She has helped me to find healthy coping mechanisms to help me to succeed in my life. I always feel heard and validated in every session, and I can see amazing progress in my mental health and well-being as a result of our work together!

I cannot recommend Mindful Transformations highly enough! from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The entire team is professional, compassionate, and genuinely invested in their clients' well being. If you've never tried Reiki, book a session with Krista. She is skilled at this healing art, and a session with her can be a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
