I came in a complete mess and left more content than ever in my life. I used all methods at my disposal including a type of group therapy separate from this resource; also mitigated my main stressors, found new tools to release my hangups, and connected to my higher power to help with anything Bryan or I couldn't do for ourselves. The office experience is super chill. They play the best music and are so calm. Find your calm here.

Bryan Nixon and his team have built a wonderful practice of authentic and warm humans. They prioritize what makes therapy work in the first place: human connection. I have known Bryan and many of the therapists at Mindful Counseling for years and have worked closely with them and wholeheartedly believe in what they do, how they show up in the world, and who they are as human beings. I refer to them without hesitation.
