I should have read reviews before I wasted my time waiting fir a call to schedule. I originally reached out on 11/17. On 11/18 I texted my insurance info. As of today 12/2 I have not been called to scheduled so I called them. I was surprised at the rude person who answered the phone. She was upset that I didn't know the name of the 1st person I talked to on the 17th. I finally got the clue if they are this disorganized and rude I dont want to go there no matter how good the therapist I looked up was. I feel sorry for the therapist who rely on the staff to be warm and welcoming to clients. They are losing business based on reviews of the office staff. People calling for mental health help need compassion and understanding from all employees.

This is a review of the office administration itself rather than any therapist that work there as they are independent agents. I'm going to have to give one star as there was in issue with my insurance status at the time of receive counseling. I had changed insurances and did not inform them (which is on me). After receiving my copay, they tried to charge the old insurance and were unable to. Instead of informing me of this (which I could've resolved easily as I was covered at the time) they decided to leave this bill open for a year before warning me I needed to pay for the entirety of the bill in roughly 2 weeks. Due to this, I was unable to have my insurance cover any of it as we were very well past the 90 days claims window. Though the office did act strictly within its legal rights, they showed a blatant disregard for customer service and for the financial resources that many people needing mental health care struggle with. I would not suggest using this office if you have a choice since they will not hesitate to put you in a bad financial situation and will not own up to their lack of care if they don't have to.
