Mind Anchor is truly that.. an anchor to utilize when you need help. Garrett is an incredible therapist/mental health professional that really takes the time to understand what’s going on and how he can best assist. He doesn’t push opinions or suggestions on you and is sure to support you in the decisions you make. He encourages you to work on yourself and make the best decision for you while supporting you through that process. He does not judge you based on your situation and will always approach you with warmth and kindness. I can’t recommend Garrett enough.

Mind Anchor Psychiatry has changed my life for the better. Garrett gives you nothing but great guidance, forcing you into nothing and working with you at your own pace. He is genuine and caring, which is reflected in his methods. My ability to manage stress and regulate emotions has improved significantly thanks to the time I've spent working with him. Before 2024, I wasn't even diagnosed, let alone equipped with the strategies necessary to navigate my problems. Now, after a little over a year of work and personal inventory, I'm a healthier and more whole person. I'm unendingly grateful that I've had Mind Anchor Psychiatry to--as promised--keep me anchored in the storm for all this time.
